Com o Natal a chegar, eis que chega à cidade dos monstros… o Vírgula! Primo dos Magoadinhos Ventura e Ventoinha, vai ficar com eles por pouco tempo. Por isso, se o querem apanhar por lá, despachem-se!

Como mora junto à praia, preparou-se bem para o Inverno mais rigoroso da cidade dos monstros. Assim, é vê-lo bem agasalhado de cachecol, luvas e botas bem quentinhas!
Menos trapalhão que os seus primos Magoadinhos, é um monstro muito amigo e sempre pronto para ajudar. Assim, veio umas semanas antes do Natal para participar na iluminação da cidade, na escolha das botinhas para pôr nas chaminés e no mais emocionante e divertido de tudo, montar a árvore de natal no centro da praça com os Dentolas.

Guloso, como todos os Monstros de Companhia, vai ver se ganha uns doces a ajudar as Gomas na sua loja. 
Como ele, todos os Monstros de Companhia estão super ansiosos porque este ano a cidade vai ficar ainda mais bonita. Os irmãos Cientistas Gastão e Gaspar passaram todo o ano a trabalhar na construção de uma máquina que irá dar música com cheiro a Natal.

No início, os outros monstros ficaram um bocadinho assustados com o que poderia vir dali, mas assim que a instalação das colunas de música pela cidade ficou pronta, começaram logo a sentir uma cheirinho maravilhoso a canela, pinhas verdes e rabanadas. Só aí perceberam o que aqueles dois queriam dizer com cheiro a Natal.

Christmas is finally coming, and Vírgula is about to arrive to the city of monsters! He will be staying with his cousins, the Hurties, Ventura and Ventoinha, but he won’t be there forever, so hurry up if you want to see him there!

 

Since he lives near the beach, he prepared himself thorougly for a very cold winter at the city of monsters. He is prepared to deal with it, because he put on his scarf, gloves and comfy boots!

 

He is definitely not as clumsy as his cousins, the Hurties, and he’s very friendly and always willing to help those in need. That’s why he decided to come a few weeks before Christmas to help putting the Christmas lights on the streets. He will also help with the little socks and boots to put on the chimneys, but the best and funniest thing will be to set up the Christmas tree, right at the center of the town square with the help of the Toothies!

 

Vírgula is a very sweet tooth just like all other "Monstros de Companhia", and he’s always ready to try and get some sweets from his friends Goma’s store.

 

Just like him, all the other monsters are super excited because this year their town is going to be beautifully decorated. The scientist brothers, Gastão and Gaspar, spent the entire year working on the building of a machine that’s going to produce Christmas scent!

At first, the other monsters were a little scared about that unpredictable machine, but as soon as the mounting of the speakers all over the city was ready, they started to feel a delicious cinnamon smell, mixed with green pines and french toast!

 

That’s when they realized what the scientists had meant when they said Christmas scent!
